摘要

在网络购物环境下,基于物流服务理论和动态系统理论,通过对快递物流服务过程的分析,建立了快递物流服务评价体系。针对该系统和一个主要变量“物流服务质量”,分析了它们之间的因果关系。在此基础上,建立了从主变量衍生出的子变量“准时交货率”的系统动力学分支模型。并通过无量纲试验、灵敏度试验和极端工况试验验证了模型的正确性。在此基础上,将申通速递(STO)、圆通速递(YTO)、中通速递(ZTO)、韵达速递(韵达)四家快递公司的数据应用到仿真软件Vensim中,验证仿真分支模型的有效性,获得基于子变量的快递公司排名,为快递物流服务评价提供新的方法。
