But it has been observed that despite of many efforts by concerned authorities of RSRTC with reference to online reservation of tickets, still there exist some issues which results into inconvenience and dissatisfaction to passengers and sometimes it get converts into clashes between employees of RSRTC and passengers. 摘要

公路客运是我国社会经济发展的重要组成部分。客运服务是由公共和私营实体在我国提供。关于印度和拉贾斯坦邦的客运性质,特别是RSRTC,目前的研究正在关注在线预订系统及其相关问题。然而,尽管客运量和公交车数量有所提高,但仍存在一些需要认真解决的问题。在所有其他问题中,主要是RSRTC的财务效率低下或财务状况不佳,即RSRTC自过去几年以来一直处于亏损状态。虽然,有一些方法来解决这个问题,但主要是通过吸引越来越多的乘客,并为此提供越来越多的设施给乘客。现在,据说在这些设施中,在当今数字时代,在线订票设施也是重要的一个。但据观察,尽管RSRTC有关部门针对网上订票做了很多努力,但仍然存在一些问题,给乘客带来了不便和不满,有时还会转化为RSRTC员工与乘客之间的冲突。因此,本文试图了解RSRTC现有的在线订票系统,并试图找出问题,并提出可能的解决方案,使用ICT支持的解决方案,而不会给RSRTC带来太多的财务负担,这已经有了财务问题。
