摘要

降低现有住宅建筑的能耗是实现可持续发展的重要组成部分。本文研究了欧洲和中国住宅建筑的改造,特别是外墙改造的典型案例。通过比较研究,指出了欧洲和中国改造方法的差异,并提出了中国改造的改进策略。同时,结合窗开度的线性传热系数模拟,对中国的改造方式进行了能耗模拟,为今后的研究提供研究基础。
