软件评估是项目开发管理的重要前提。本文简要介绍了软件开发生命周期的基本理论,分析了各类软件开发人员的职责,提出了评估人员应具备的基本素质,并确定了评估工程师在典型矩阵式组织结构中的位置。此外,还讨论了评估人员与其他软件开发人员之间的关系,然后在经典软件开发模型中指定测量点。最后,对软件开发过程中的评估进行了总结。
