摘要

本文给出了基于图像处理的车辆登记特征提取与识别模型,并利用GSM模块在不同网络协议下进行无线传输。这项工作的目的是开发一个独立的车辆监控系统,通过发送假车辆登记号码,超速车辆登记号码,单双号车辆登记号码等,以短信的形式发送给运输当局和其他各部门。所提出的应用程序使用arduino,而捕获的图像处理由MATLAB完成,数据通过串行通信传输。阐述了系统的基本概念和工作原理,提出了一个通过GSM模块实现高效图像处理和快速无线传输的系统。此外,基于DSP处理器(Beagle bone等),使用相同的算法和概念,将开发一个实时独立系统。
