According to the actual needs of teaching management in Colleges and universities, the functional modules of the system are analyzed and designed in detail from the point of view of software engineering, and the specific three-tier structure of Spring MVC is given. The E-R diagram of the system database management is designed. J2EE language is used to implement the designed system in Eclipse development environment.
