Emission mechanism for field assisted electron emission from a novel multilayered nanocarbon based electron emitter
In an effort to develop a relatively low cost-low temperature process based technology compatible with semiconductor technology, a low field electron emission from a nanocarbon based multilayered electron emitter was studied.
