This paper presents a tuned fuzzy logic based power system stabilizer (TFPSS) capable of providing appropriate stabilization signals over a broad range of operating conditions and disturbance. The proposed TFPSS is evaluated against the conventional power system stabilizer (CPSS) at a single machine infinite bus power system.
