A foremost concern of sensor network is improvement of energy effectual routing protocols. Clustering is an effective approach to enhance energy effectiveness. Generally, dissimilar protocols assume 2 stage of node’s energy level. In certainty, dissimilar network comprise bulky variety of energy stages. By evaluating communiqué energy ingestion of the clusters and bulky variety of energy stages in dissimilar network, we suggest SEEN (Stable Energy Effectual Network) Protocol for dissimilar network. It considers sensor network comprising three energy stages of sensor nodes. Selection of Cluster Head in proposed protocol is done by residual energy level of nodes as well as distance parameter.
