摘要

神经反馈训练对减轻压力、焦虑、抑郁等精神疾病有多种治疗效果。神经反馈是在听觉或视觉输入刺激的帮助下,对大脑进行非侵入性的自我训练。增强神经反馈刺激内容有助于提高神经反馈训练的效果。因此,本研究对游戏刺激内容进行强化,寻找强化参数对神经反馈效果的影响。增强的参数包括背景、颜色对比度和背景音乐的变化。神经反馈训练课程的实施是为了减轻大学生的压力。脑电图(EEG)数据被记录下来,参与者的反馈也被记录下来。使用α不对称的神经反馈训练结果的图形和统计分析显示了神经反馈对缓解压力的有效性。
