摘要

随着智能电网技术的发展,需求响应扩展了用户对电力系统的参与,实现了电力系统从单一运行模式向交互运行模式的转变。因此,对客户特征进行建模就显得尤为重要。本文提出客户信息作为客户响应的注册信息和参与信息,即客户响应的程度、持续时间、频率和边际成本等评价指标,并以此为基础对客户响应特征进行建模。本文还引入了虚拟发电资源的概念,虚拟发电资源的边际成本与传统发电资源的边际成本根据用户信息计算的形式相同。最后,利用本文所建立的信息模型,利用各种状态标志对容灾约束进行处理和表达,提出了以最小化系统运行成本(包括发电成本和容灾成本)为目标的发电和容灾结合的最优调度方案,并给出了发电和容灾约束。
