It requires increasing of the quality level in the same time with prime cost decreasing. The aim of the given work is to describe the possibility of resource usage optimization applying different system development methodologies. In the analysis were used waterfall, iteration, spiral, and agile methodologies. The criteria of choice from them are described taking into account necessity of project's time and cost spending minimization. In the work were analyses risks that can appear at application of different methodologies, and ways of their minimization. As a result of the performed analysis in the article is proposed to choose methodology not for the company as a whole but for each separate project. 摘要

随着企业对信息系统需求的不断减少,软件产品价格质量关系的改善成为一个重要的问题。它要求在降低成本的同时提高质量水平。给定工作的目的是描述应用不同的系统开发方法实现资源使用优化的可能性。在分析中使用了瀑布、迭代、螺旋和敏捷方法。考虑到项目时间和成本支出最小化的必要性,描述了从它们中选择的标准。在工作中,我们分析了在应用不同的方法时可能出现的风险,以及最小化风险的方法。作为在文章中执行的分析的结果,建议选择的方法不是为公司作为一个整体,而是为每个单独的项目。文中给出了可用于实际工程的实用建议。
