In this study, the C-RAN model is based on two nearest Remote Radio Head (2-RRH) association. The user is considered at the center of a disk equipped with a single antenna while each RRH has L antennas. The outage probability equation is defined and a closed form formula of EC has been derived with arbitrary path loss exponent.
