By this method, however, it is difficult to compensate abrupt changes of yarn tension. In this report, we have designed the tension control system by method of fuzzy theory which is composed of a tension sensor, a tenser device and a personal computer. The tenser device was prototyped by the use of a direct current motor, a pulley with pieces of permanent magnet, and a cogwheel. This control system was evaluated as a tension controlled experiment for a sectional warper. As the results of experiments, it is possible for this system to control filament yarn tension within deviation ±2cN to set the tension value 20cN under 200m/min in yarn speed. 摘要

在利用节段式整经机制备经纱的过程中,利用洗涤张紧器使长丝张力保持在恒定水平。洗涤张紧器由一对盘来补偿纱线的摩擦力。然而,这种方法难以补偿纱线张力的突变。本文采用模糊理论的方法,设计了由张力传感器、张紧装置和个人计算机组成的张力控制系统。该张紧装置的原型由直流电机、带永磁体的滑轮和齿轮组成。该控制系统作为截面整经机的张力控制实验进行了评价。实验结果表明,该系统可将长丝张力控制在偏差±2cN以内,在纱线速度为200m/min时,张力值可设定为20cN。通过与两种传统张力装置的对比,验证了该张力控制系统对截面翘曲机的张力控制具有良好的过渡特性和稳定性。
