However, it is very difficult to measure the vehicle velocity directly. Then, we have proposed an estimation method and control method of slip ratio without detecting both the vehicle velocity and the acceleration. In this paper, we carry out simulations and experiments of the estimation method and the control method in turning motion with an electric vehicle. The vehicle motion is stable with the slip ratio control.
