摘要

本研究的目的是确定职业发展对员工工作满意度的影响,在Widya Gama Mahakam大学。本研究方法是利用统计分析工具,借助SPSS 24版计算机程序确定各变量的影响。从分析结果可知,线性回归值为Y = 1.908 + 0.525X,决定系数为20%。职业发展变量的t检验结果对员工工作满意度有显著的正向影响(sig为0.001 < 0.05,t值为3.574> t表2.007)。
