Finally, taking the average value is used to calculate the process consumption standard. The results of the experiment show that the comprehensive efficiency is basically the same as the original efficiency, thus proving the feasibility of the method. 摘要

为了建立合理适用的工艺消耗标准,本文提出了一种求解通用权向量和综合效率向量的GABCC方法。该方法在利用GA-BCC获取综合效率向量的基础上,利用效率阈值去除低效数据,形成标准数据。最后取平均值计算工艺消耗标准。实验结果表明,综合效率与原效率基本一致,证明了该方法的可行性。同时,利用共同加权法避免了有偏差的权重偏好的建立,利用共享权重法计算效率更加公正。
