摘要

本研究的目的是利用人工饲料部分替代无叶蒿进行马氏盲蝽的幼虫饲养。本研究制备了一种人工饲料,用于部分替代野胃。进行了3次饲养试验。在第1试验(E1)中,分别用人工饲料替代25%和50%的人工饲料,第2试验(E2)和第3试验(E3)中分别用人工饲料替代25%和50%的人工饲料。实验结束后,测定水质参数和幼虫存活率。E3组最高生存率为43%。
