In view of the urgent lightning protection needs of the “Jiquan” Line, this paper completed the parameter design and prototype development of the first ±1100 kV UHV DC transmission line arrester in the world by means of theoretical calculation and simulation analysis. Through a full set of type tests, the excellent performance of the arrester has been verified. Based on the structural stress analysis of typical towers in the “Jiquan” Line, this paper completes the design of the installation scheme of the arrester, and proposes a supported bracket reinforced by the suspension composite insulator. This on-site installation method meets the long-term safe and stable operation requirements. Finally, this paper realized the trial operation of ±1100kV UHV DC transmission line arrester. 摘要

±1100kV“济泉”输电线路是目前国内电压等级最高的直流输电线路。它对大电网跨区域输电具有重要的战略价值。针对“吉泉”线路迫切的防雷需求,本文通过理论计算和仿真分析,完成了世界上第一个±1100 kV特高压直流输电线路避雷器的参数设计和样机研制。通过全套型式试验,验证了该避雷器的优良性能。本文在对“吉泉”线典型塔架结构受力分析的基础上,完成了避雷器的安装方案设计,提出了一种采用悬式复合绝缘子加固的支撑支架。这种现场安装方式能够满足设备长期安全稳定运行的要求。最后,本文实现了±1100kV特高压直流输电线路避雷器的试运行。本文的研究成果对特高压直流输电线路的防雷具有重要意义。
