Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present an effective leadership model for environmental people-based organizations (PBSs/NGOs) in Iran. The present study was developmental in terms of purpose and descriptive-exploratory in terms of methodology. Grounded method, together with Strauss and Corbin approach, was applied to collect qualitative data. Alongside this, 12 experts from these organizations were selected and interviewed. The process of coding in the founded theory involved the process of continuous data analysis in open, central and selective stages. 摘要

摘要非政府组织面临的挑战和无法有效管理组织资源,如财务资本、人力资源、组织内部和组织间冲突解决管理等,是非政府组织面临的问题之一。因此,本研究的目的是为伊朗的环境民间组织(PBSs/ ngo)提供一个有效的领导模式。本研究在目的上是发展性的,在方法上是描述性的。定性数据的收集采用扎根法和Strauss、Corbin法。除此之外,还从这些组织中挑选了12名专家进行了访谈。建立理论中的编码过程涉及在开放阶段、中心阶段和选择阶段连续分析数据的过程。结果显示:(a)参与、服务提供、转型导向和法律导向是有效领导维度,(b)基层组织能力、治理网络和组织能力是因果因素,(c)灵活的组织结构和组织氛围是有效背景因素,(d)内部和外部的支持性政策和战略是有效领导模型的干预因素。(e)公众参与和组织绩效是有效的领导结果。
