摘要

本研究解释了退火对St.35碳钢扭转性能的影响。采用ANSYS12软件进行调查。按照ASTM的要求制备试样,分别在850、650、450、150℃的不同温度下加热1小时,然后经炉冷却。加热后进行了显微组织和扭转试验。结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,合金的硬度和扭转性能下降,塑性深度增加,最佳热处理条件是在450℃退火,其角扭转比接收到的金属大680°。
