摘要

国际海事组织海上安全委员会在其2012年11月的第91届会议上通过了SOLAS规则II-1/3-12修正案草案,将船上噪音水平规则从非强制性改为强制性。本文以某船厂实际建造的某6500千升油轮的SEA模型噪声分析结果为基础,提出了船舶舱内噪声的优化流程。在此基础上,采用通用的优化过程,确定了船体结构应如何布置,噪声控制措施应如何实施,以有效降低目标船的噪声水平。
