摘要

在DC-DC变换器中,电解电容作为输出电容被广泛采用,但其可靠性有限。监测等效串联电阻(ESR)是诊断输出电容故障的有效方法。本文提出了一种针对不连续导通模式(DCM)降压变换器的ESR在线监测方案。基于输出纹波电压,建立了ESR模型。通过对输出纹波电压进行采样,利用采样值计算ESR。该方法减少了电流测量量,避免了变换器拓扑结构的变化。仿真和实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。
