摘要

本文介绍了一种利用车牌局部角点特征、聚类和某些特性的车牌自动检测方法。车牌是一个丰富的角点区域,可以利用车牌的一些特性进行车牌定位。该算法分为四个阶段;首先,对图像进行预处理,提高图像质量。因此,采用哈里斯角点检测器。将这些角点聚在一起,并根据相对差距建立角点聚类,保证整个车牌只在一个聚类中。
