With an increase of user demands to the resources, planning the guaranteed Quality of Service (QoS) is a challenging task. The objective of this paper is to propose an agent based grid framework and QoS Time Based Scheduling (QTBS) algorithm for effective task scheduling in the grid computing paradigm.
