摘要

目的探讨乳腺超声影像报告与数据系统(BI-RADS)学习的基本实践,探讨BI-RADS学习的规律,为临床培训和评价提供参考。方法采用非随机实验研究方法,于2017年10月至2018年10月对8名一年级住院医师、10名二年级住院医师和10名进修医师进行超声BI-RADS培训。100例乳腺肿瘤随机分为5组,每组20例。根据主任医师的评分比较5组间的评分,并分析学习曲线。结果从第二次开始,三类医师的学习曲线明显上升,第二次至第五次的学习趋势相对稳定。一年级住院医师、二年级住院医师和实习医师第一次和第二次诊断评分差异有统计学意义[(28.8±16.9)vs(50.0±9.3),(31.5±7.5)vs(53.5±6.7),(50.5±8.0)vs(62.0±13.4);所有P < 0.05)。结论通过BI-RADS词典的理论培训和约40例的阅读培训,住院医师和进修医师均可熟练掌握BI-RADS词典。关键词:超声;乳腺影像报告与数据系统;学习曲线
