摘要

传统配电网内部基本没有可调可控的资源,因此传统配电网的调度方法大多是集中式的。然而,集中调度无法准确识别海量灵活资源(尤其是异构资源),建立一个中央数据库对这些海量灵活资源进行完整的数据存储是不现实的,这也增加了电力系统运营商实现未来区域能源网络需求响应管理的难度。因此,本文拟采用联邦思想(FT),使电力系统运营商在保证隐私的前提下,获得微电网中各种异构资源的影响模型(IM)。运营商将模型处理后返回给微网运营商,实现广域资源的自组织,从而实现高效、盈利的需求响应管理。最后,将该方法的结果与传统的需求响应调度结果进行了比较,验证了该方法的有效性。
