The microcapsules had an average yield of 47.3%, oil content of 66.7%, and encapsulation efficiency of 87.9%. The average release of lime peel oil from the first day to the seventh day ranged from 44.7 to 65.9%. The percent of total protection of lime peel oil was higher than limonene and microcapsules, that indicates there is a synergistically between the compounds in lime peel oil. 摘要

本研究对酸橙皮油微胶囊对埃及伊蚊的驱避效果进行了评价。采用加氢蒸馏法分离石灰皮油;海藻酸-明胶包被,戊二醛为交联剂,span-80和tween-80为乳化剂,采用复合凝聚法制备微胶囊;采用磁力搅拌器在100 rpm转速下对精油的释放进行研究;对埃及伊蚊进行了驱蚊活性试验。得到的酸橙皮油收率为0.44%,颜色淡黄色,具有鲜石灰的香气,酸橙皮油的主要成分为d-柠檬烯(33.14%)和β-蒎烯(28.32%)。微胶囊平均产率为47.3%,含油量为66.7%,包封率为87.9%。第1 ~第7天,青柠皮油的平均释放量为44.7% ~ 65.9%。酸橙皮油的总保护率高于柠檬烯和微胶囊,说明酸橙皮油中两种化合物之间存在协同作用。对埃及伊蚊的总保护率为85.0% ~ 98.8%。
