摘要

以往在其他国家的研究表明,实施校本评估对教师的教与学过程以及学生的成长产生了积极的影响。因此,本研究旨在获得马来西亚中学英语教师评估实践的信息。本文对马来西亚丁加奴的49名英语教师进行了一份来自评估实践清单(API)的两部分调查问卷的改编,随后对15名教师进行了半结构化访谈,以更深入地了解他们的评估实践。本研究发现,教师的自主创业实践处于平均水平。参加过中小企业管理课程的教师与没有参加过中小企业管理课程的教师在评估实践中的显著差异表明,中小企业管理课程确实对中小企业管理课程的实施效果有影响。希望这项调查的结果将有助于教师在创造一种实践有意义和有效的课堂评估的文化方面的知识。如果质量评估能够准确地显示学生的进步和潜力发展的数据,同时改善教师的教与学过程,则认为成功实现了实施SBA的目标。
