In this study, a SVM-based pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic model of Moutan Cortex charcoal was established by correlating drug concentration and pharmacodynamics with time. The relationship between drug concentration and pharmacodynamic index of main components in Moutan Cortex charcoal was analyzed based on sensitivity analysis of SVM using the method of MIV-SVM.
