The effect of water invasion on the breakdown characteristics of HTV silicone rubber was studied in this paper. Firstly, the water absorption test was carried out on HTV silicone rubber, and the water absorption characteristics of the material based on the Langmuir diffusion model were obtained. The change law of the content of free water and bound water during the water absorption process were studied. Secondly, we measured the breakdown voltage of silicone rubber under different water absorption degrees, and the relationship between free water content, as well as bound water, and the breakdown voltage of silicone rubber was obtained, respectively. We found that the free water content in the silicone rubber has a good correspondence with the breakdown voltage. 摘要

复合绝缘子的腐断是近年来困扰运行部门的一个难题。人们发现在decay型断口绝缘子的硅橡胶外壳上有穿孔。推测手术过程中硅橡胶外壳的破裂是穿孔的原因。研究了水侵对HTV硅橡胶击穿特性的影响。首先,对HTV硅橡胶进行了吸水试验,得到了基于Langmuir扩散模型的材料吸水特性。研究了吸附过程中自由水和结合水含量的变化规律。其次,我们测量了硅橡胶在不同吸水程度下的击穿电压,分别得到了自由水含量和结合水含量与硅橡胶击穿电压的关系。我们发现硅橡胶中游离水的含量与击穿电压有很好的对应关系。提出HTV硅橡胶击穿电压降是由电场作用下形成的水桥引起的。
