摘要

在聚乙烯(PE)和交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘材料中存在的水树现象中,我们研究了聚合物中小于10 μm的微空隙产生的领结树现象。采用微细钢索进行模型模拟试验,研究了蝴蝶结树的初始机理和性能。实验结果证明,蝴蝶结树的产生和繁殖与聚合物中的氧化反应有关。在此基础上,对掺加不同固化剂和添加剂的交联聚乙烯(XLPE)的耐水性进行了“薄片”模型试验。试验结果表明,聚合物的氧化稳定性和聚合物分子链的刚性对蝴蝶结树的产生有很大的影响。
