摘要

隔离型DC-DC变换器作为可再生能源系统中必不可少的电源转换设备被广泛应用。同时,这种变换器具有宽输入电压范围和容错能力。本文提出了一种带一组低损耗有源缓冲电路的隔离升压全桥DC-DC变换器。为了验证所提出方案的可行性,开发了一个10 kW的三相光伏逆变器系统样机。实验结果表明,该变换器在280 ~ 500v输入范围内具有高效率,在100 ~ 0 ~ 100%负载变化范围内具有弹性。
