PROPOSTA DE METODOLOGIA PARA INDICADOR DE QUALIDADE DE TEMPERATURA (iqT) E APLICAÇÃO EM CIDADES PARANAENSES

This paper presents a metodology to calculate the Temperature Quality Indicator (IQT) to eleven biggest cities in Paraná State, Brazil, with meteorological estation. The IQT was development with two other indicators: Efetive Temperature Index (ITE), for low temperatures, and the Annual Tropical Days (NADT), for higher temperatures. The ITE was calculated with meteorological data of daily average temperature, daily average moisture and daily average of Wind speed. To calculate NADT we use the maxim daily temperature. Pinhais, Guarapuava, Ponta Gross and Curitiba were the coldest cities in the period among the studied location. The results also showed that Foz do Iguaçu, Paranaguá, Toledo, Maringá, Londrina and Cascavel were the hotest locations.
