Aimed at this kind of problems, a mathematic programming model is developed and a Rollout Algorithm based on priority rules is proposed. In order to allocate resources quickly, a heuristic method for resource allocation is embedded in the algorithm. The results of some numerical experiments indicate that the performance of the proposed algorithm could obtain the satisfactory solution of the problem and be suitable for solving the problems of large scale. 摘要

在实践中,多技能劳动力被广泛使用。在这些资源上存在可用和不可用时间的限制,并且每个资源拥有多种不同的技能。由于多个技能和时间窗口的资源属性,在项目调度中对活动的安排和资源的分配是极具挑战性的。针对这类问题,建立了数学规划模型,提出了一种基于优先级规则的Rollout算法。为了快速分配资源,算法中嵌入了一种启发式的资源分配方法。数值实验结果表明,所提出的算法能够得到满意的解,适用于求解大规模问题。验证了该算法的有效性。
