摘要

同步整流器(SR)广泛应用于LLC谐振变换器中以降低导通损耗。由于运行方式的不同,SR控制较为复杂,增加了系统成本。本文在观察LLC二极管导通时间的基础上,提出了一种开环定时SR驱动方法。采用最优准点率控制SR,简化不同运行模式下的实施,在保持较大效率提高的同时降低系统成本。在不同负载条件下,以最小的系统成本驱动SR驱动的LLC谐振变换器的总效率提高了2%。
