摘要

由于第三代移动通信系统频率效率低、系统容量小,第四代移动通信系统的物理技术需要有较大的改变,需要考虑到JT、STC、MIMO、OFDMA、分布式天线等适合于高比特率、高频率效率和大动态范围的先进技术。但在第四代移动通信系统中,除了物理技术之外,还必须突破基本的网络层技术,如蜂窝的构造和切换方式。在WTI中提出的群细胞结构是一种新的细胞构建方法,它很适合这些新的先进物理技术。而滑动切换也是本文重点研究的一种新型切换方式。根据目前的研究,滑动切换可以动态地提高系统容量。
