本文报告一例罕见的右上颌及下颌骨特发性牙龈纤维瘤病伴广泛骨破坏的病例。经过检查和明确诊断后，患者接受了牙龈切除术和拔牙治疗。随后更换了假牙。患者随访1年，结果满意。
