摘要

应用“肺功能评价与诊断系统”(PEDS UNIT-M.A.S)对8例危重新生儿在复苏过程中的肺功能进行了检测。窒息婴儿(Apgar评分0-3;PH值6,9)需要比“传统”病例更积极的呼吸机支持。这一时期肺损伤的危险性较大。尽管如此,没有空气泄漏综合征的迹象,每个病例的氧合情况都有所改善。恶化或改善肺力学,可以立即改变呼吸机设置。在复生这一危急情况下,为预防医源性肺并发症的发生,建议在日常生活中引入此法。
