摘要

本研究考察了组织支持感、组织承诺与一线员工工作满意度之间的关系。本研究的主要目的是探讨在线应用服务行业一线员工的工作满意度在组织承诺和感知组织支持之间的中介作用。数据的收集采用了调查法。共有229份有效答复被用于分析目的。为了验证提出的假设,采用结构方程模型(SEM)分析。本研究的结果明确地表明,感知组织支持(POS)和组织承诺(OC)之间的关联是由工作满意度(JS)介导的。研究结果还表明,工作满意度与感知到的组织支持之间存在很强的联系。
