The detection behaviors include: 1) Does there exist any moving object in designated areas? 2) Does every worker wear a safe helmet in construction site? If there is one or more of the above detection information in the current frame image, the video monitoring system will give tips in the human-machine interface, and adopt a variety of ways to deal with the corresponding information. 摘要

施工现场的视频监控系统会产生大量的视频图像,影响安全生产监管人员发现不安全行为。本文介绍了智能行为识别技术的应用。基于该技术的视频监控系统可以捕获视频流数据、精美的帧图像数据,并通过对摄像机的分析对图像数据进行识别。检测行为包括:1)指定区域内是否存在移动物体?2)施工现场是否每个工人都戴安全帽?如果当前帧图像中存在上述一种或多种检测信息,视频监控系统将在人机界面给出提示,并采取多种方式对相应信息进行处理。从实施效果来看,该系统满足了精度和效率的要求。
