摘要

新冠肺炎大流行改变了世界各地人们的生活方式。传播COVID-19病毒的一种方式是通过购物中心等购物中心的人群。如果不使用信息技术,在大流行期间很难控制购物中心,因为它可能导致人群聚集。本研究提出建立一个能够克服人群的智能商城模式。智能商城包括3个功能:智能预订、智能跟踪和智能支付。预订功能是在游客来到商场之前为其提供预订服务,这是为了保证商场根据其容量而存在。跟踪功能提供了对商场访客的存在情况的监控,从而在给定的时间内提供方向和监控访客,支付功能提供了非现金支付方式,以创造现金交易的安全感。
