摘要

基于传输线理论,提出了一种新型的低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)带通滤波器。采用半波长(λg/2)谐振腔垂直折叠形成多层传输线谐振腔,大大减小了电路尺寸。由于多层谐振器的对称面存在虚地,因此谐振器的特性基本保持不变。在通带附近和阻带处实现了传输零,提高了bpf的选择性和谐波抑制能力。为了进行演示,使用该谐振器设计了两个以3.1GHz和10GHz为中心的bpf,电路尺寸分别为5.1×3.9×1.8 mm3和4.0×3.9×1.5 mm3。
