摘要

通过电生理研究和右心室心肌内膜活检,对15例无冠状动脉疾病或扩张性或肥厚性心肌病的右心室心动过速患者进行了评估。6例诊断为明确的心律失常性右心室发育不良(ARVD), 2例无创检查及血管造影未见ARVD特征性表现,根据电生理及组织病理资料诊断为可能的ARVD。综上所述,ARVD作为右室心动过速的病因是比较常见的,详细的电生理检查和心内膜肌活检似乎对ARVD的诊断是有用的。
