摘要本研究对伊拉克5个省(包括巴格达、卡尔巴拉、巴比伦、迪亚拉和萨拉赫丁)潜在污染区附近的养蜂场采集的15份蜂蜜样品中的重金属镉、铅、镍和铁进行了估计,每个样品3个重复。采用原子吸收法测定了蜂蜜样品中重金属元素的浓度,结果表明,各蜂蜜样品中重金属元素的浓度存在显著性差异(P≤0.05),其中,靠近石油化工生产基地的巴格达地区镉含量最高,为0.123 mg/kg,靠近电厂的巴比伦地区铅含量最高,为4.657 mg/kg,镍含量最高,为0.023 mg/kg;在靠近垃圾收集和焚烧厂的卡尔巴拉,铁含量为1.863毫克/公斤,所研究的蜂蜜样本中镉和铅的浓度均高于欧盟委员会法规规定的可接受限度。
