The periosteal surface appears abundantly furrowed by large and deep canals, irregularly joined together. Areas of resorption, these at rest and these of osteodeposition are distributed in changeable but regular way. The bone turnover of endosteal side is particularly accentuated. This surface contains the bone trabeculae residuals and is widely marked by deep Howship's lacunae, which show intense osteoclastic activity. It seem that osteocytes cells participate actively in the process of osteolysis, widening the lacunae and small canals which appear to be surrounded by calcospherites arranged in irregular way. 摘要

本文研究了4例原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进引起的骨质疏松患者,其中女性3例,男性1例,均因骨骺病理性骨折而行手术治疗,并利用扫描电镜对骨膜和骨膜内骨基质的改变进行分析。骨膜表面可见大量深而大的沟管,它们不规则地连接在一起。骨吸收区、静止区和骨沉积区呈变化而规律的分布。骨内侧的骨转换尤为突出。该表面包含骨小梁残留物,并广泛以深霍氏腔隙为标志,显示出强烈的破骨活性。可见骨细胞积极参与骨溶解过程,使腔隙和小管变宽,并被不规则排列的钙球粒包围。成骨活动,大面积沉积,是非常强烈的,作为对溶骨吸收过程的防御尝试。
