From the multiple perspectives that could be considered, the text examines aspects that cannot be reduced exclusively to academic education in the conventional sense, but respond to complex construction processes that involve positions and dispositions that appeal to the subjective characteristics of social educators: the political quality of educational practice, human sensitivity in this task and the relationship between theory and practice. This piece derives from the systematization and resignification of epistolary and face-to-face dialogues and debates among the authors.
