摘要

本试验旨在研究膨润土对虹鳟鱼铜毒性的影响。分别饲喂含0、500和1000 mg/kg Cu和0、1和2%膨润土的商品饲料4个月。最后通过测定血液学和酶活性进行评价。在1000 mg/kg铜的存在下,膨润土并不能阻止􀅭ish的毒性,因为􀅭ish的酶活性发生了显著的􀅭icant变化。可以认为,在􀅭ish饲料中添加2%膨润土可以防止铜毒性。为了将其商业化,需要对生活在不同环境中的不同􀅭ish物种进行进一步的研究。
