摘要

汽水分离器是核电站的核心设备。研究液滴在旋转气流作用下与蒸汽分离器弯曲干壁的碰撞特性,对提高蒸汽分离器的工作效率至关重要。本文通过建立可视化实验装置,分析了液滴在旋转流场中撞击干壁面的特性。采用高速摄像机捕捉不同气速下不同直径液滴对非润湿曲面干壁面的冲击。同时,利用MATLAB中的图像处理工具获取图像边界信息。研究了不同风速下液滴撞击表面干壁面的扩散系数、变形系数和初始扩散速度的特性。
