摘要

本文在总结以太网物理层芯片的主要国际标准及其工作原理的基础上,分析了以太网物理层芯片在智能变电站、配电通信、智能电厂不同能源互联网终端的通信带宽、电磁兼容性、工作温度等方面的要求。总结了时间同步、节能等技术要求。支持IEEE1588时间戳功能的以太网物理层内核可提高采样同步精度,支持IEEE802.3az高效节能以太网标准的物理层芯片可大幅降低采用离线供电方式供电的配电设备的能耗和成本。
